the time of booking a flat / Villa.
Registration fee of Rs 1,000/- also
to be paid along with booking amount.

cost (less booking amount) to be paid
at the time of agreement.

completion of foundation.

in equal installments based on the
progress of work/stages.

In case the payments
are not made as per the agreement
signed, the builders /promoters reserve
the right to cancel the allotment
and in such case the amount will be
returned to the purchaser without
interest only after reallotment of
the concerned villa/flat to a new
party.

The purchaser
is eligible only for those amenities
mentioned in amenities chart of the
agreement and no other free amenities
will be provided.

Final payment
of construction cost to be made within
10 days on completion of the work.

Transfer of ownership
of undivided share of land will be
made along with the last stage of
work.

Electricity connection / KWA connection
/ Registration fee will be paid
by the purchaser in cash.

Sales tax and
any other tax etc. levied by the Government
will also be paid by the purchaser.

Exclusive/sheltered
car parking will be provided, if available,
on additional payment.

Flat owners will
form an Association for conduct of
normal administration and upkeep of
the project.
