Casablanca, our 37th Mega Project, was given possession in December 2005.It was inaugurated by our Hon’ble Mayor, Shri M.Bhaskaran, on 30th December, 2005. Casablanca was completed 3 months ahead of the scheduled period.

Recently we launched our 40th project, “Sterling Apartments”, at East Hill Road near to Indian Express building. Bookings have already started. The work has started and is in full swing. We expect to complete it within 18 months.
